Waiting over a month for a £200 refund to card

I’ve been waiting for over 30 days to receive a refund to my card. I bought shares with curve, so when I sold them off they got refunded to my curve card which should in return refund my bank card…
The money was sent to curve, curve apparently sent it to my bank. My bank never received it.

Curve customer support isn’t replying. Can I have my £200 please? Where the hell is it!!!

Sorry to hear about your issues getting in touch with support. Assuming you’ve already contacted them at support@curve.app, I’d recommend sending a DM to @AskCurve on Twitter. Make sure you quote your email address so they can look you up quickly.
