Issue: When going back in time on a partial hotel bill, it charges the full bill to the new card, but refunds only the partial charge to the old one
How to reproduce it: Have a transaction charge in 2 counts. Then go back in time on the second charge. It will charge the new card the full charge of both counts, but will refund the old card just the 2nd count.
