I used my Curve card to receive a refund, but the purchase was not made on Curve. I didn’t realize this until afterwards. Where does the money go?!
You should contact Curve using in-app help section or emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org with the e-mail account you used to register on Curve, they will gladly help you out with that.
After 1 or 2 working days
Curve receive the money and contact you and ask which card to send the refund too
You will receive an email

We’ve been unable to find the correct transaction as there are multiple transactions to this merchant or the original purchase wasn’t made with your Curve card.
So we can do this to the right payment card for you, please can you confirm the last 4 digits of the underlying payment card so we can apply this refund to the correct transaction?
Just know that we can only process this refund to a payment card that’s been added (and verified) to your Curve account.
