Where is support when you most need it?

Hello, I am a long customer at Curve but as from the team i ve been advised to close and re open my account since I moved to my home country temp and my card was about to expire.Further on, on a time span of 2 weeks I kept sending the documents asked even though much info about me Curve already had in system for years.Now the Review Team completely stopped answering my emails and I am stuck with a non functional curve card and I even upgraded to the Black and I cant use it and I paid for it, it s not fair.I want a refund for the subscription and my account back !! This is not how support to a urgent matter should be handled in 2022.I hope someone from the team sees this :frowning:
