My brother and I were trying out Curve cash and it ended up triggering our cards to be blocked while they did extra checks. This was on 23rd of August. I immediately completed all the checks they wanted (Onfido, credit card statements). However despite chasing every few days I have literally heard nothing since then. My card is still blocked and given that I rely (relied) almost 100% on curve, it’s been an absolute pain with all my subscriptions and other payments failing. Any ideas on how I get Curve support to respond to my chasers?

Thanks. The reason for trying the community is that I have had no updates from the support team through the app. Just silence to any of request for an update. it is weird as they are usually very responsive
