Worst technical support I have ever experienced!

I agree with everyone on this forum. Your support is a nightmare. Worst support I have ever experienced. No one responds until you complain on twitter. Then you have to wait a day before someone responds to your email. And then they just fob you off. You always have to explain your problem from the beginning again because no one in tech support will read what has happened already. I have been through the same loop for a week with 3 different people and got absolutely nowhere.

Such a shame because it’s a great product. Let down be the most terrible support.
