Wrong card for Refund after go back in Time

I used the go back in time feature to change the card for a transaction. When the product shipped I decided to return it and got a refund for it. But instead of receiving this refund on the card I did change it to, the refund arrived on the initial card… This happened to me twice already and is conpletely not as I expect this. No help from in app chat/support… Is this resolvable or should I just transfer the money? Kind of difficult for me, as I did go use go back in time to a business Card and got the refund on a private Card
